As a young child, Faith loved having her friends over to play school. As she grew older and got involved in athletics, she constantly sought to help her teammates master one skill or another. When the time came to choose an area of study in college, she knew she wanted to be a teacher.
Teaching runs in Faith’s blood. Both of her grandmothers, her mother, and her aunts were teachers. She realized early on the value of a great educator and aspired to follow in their footsteps.
During college, Faith coached and tutored others, and taught in a public school for one year after her graduation. In 1998, she began leading small groups and teaching the Bible in various settings, and quickly realized that God would use her degree outside of a public school classroom.
Over the last decade, Faith has become an effective, wide-reaching communicator and fresh, new voice to women’s issues—particularly helping women find their true identity in Christ. God continues to refine her skills in teaching and speaking, placing her in unique opportunities so she can live out exactly what He’s called her to do.
Outside of her women’s small group, Faith regularly teaches a large Bible study at her local church. She also travels to retreats and conferences across the country. When she’s not speaking, Faith loves training for triathlons and spending time with her family and friends. Her two biggest passions in life are fitness and teaching God’s Word. She’s a member of Brentwood Baptist Church in Brentwood, Tennessee, and makes her home in Nashville.
NEW UPDATE! On October 18th, Faith Klein married her best friend and the love of her life, Carl Herrgesell. To Faith, Carl is the greatest gift she has been given other than Jesus Christ! Please stay tuned for more ministry updates!
